I had a needle biopsy done for my lump and it came back negative…months later when it was still there they did a different kind of biopsy where they actually did surgery and took a piece out. This confirmed that it was lymphoma.
If your husband got the second kind of biopsy, where a surgeon literally took a piece out to test - then I’m SURE he’s fine. This is very accurate, however it never hurts to get a second opinion. Like I said, I’m sure he is fine considering they haven’t changed in size and it sounds like he got an accurate biopsy. For peace of mind it doesn’t hurt to get a second opinion.
